Small brewery

Annotation

In the only green corner of Hus Square, in the immediate vicinity of the castle, more than a hundred years ago there was a brewery, of which only a stone wall remains. With respect for the surroundings, and especially with the intention of preserving a precious green element in an otherwise paved square, the Small Brewery is being rebuilt here. It is a semi-basement recessed building with a curved roof, visible from the square thanks to a modest entrance tower with a view. Beyond the entrance, a large tiered interior opens up and is a place for sipping, excursions and musical entertainment. The orientation of the whole space to the northwest is due to the slope of the roof to the square, creating a secluded corner in the green behind the building - a beer garden, enclosed by an old wall.
