RESIDENTIAL HOUSE AT VRŠOVICKÉ NÁDRAŽÍ x ROSTOVSKÁ IN PRAGUE 10

In the winter semester of the Lábus / Šrámek studio we worked on a residential house on the corner of U Vršovického nádraží and Rostovská in the Prague 10 district. The residential house uses the full possibility of building up to the street lines at the intersection of both streets, including the entrance to the courtyard, which is also used for development by a residential building. The main views from the flats are oriented towards the Botič River on the south side and Grébovka Park on the west side. The entrance to the courtyard will be newly built on a movable sidewalk from U Vršovického nádraží street on the west side, and from Petrohradská street on the east side.
