A set of buildings in Náchod

The proposed set of buildings is located near the historical core of Náchod. it is situated on a corner plot in Riegrov Street. There is a railway line in the immediate vicinity of the property. The proposal consists of two masses of different height levels - ground floor and four storey. With their mutual orientation, the buildings in the western area of the plot create a residential courtyard. Entry is mediated by an asymmetric passage between them. Its use is possible in part for the residents of the house and in the southern part for visitors of commerce. The total area of the lower building is reserved for the cafe and its facilities. Visitors can sit both indoors and in the shared backyard area. The higher building contains a flower shop and textiles on the ground floor. There ar
