Multifunctional social housing complex | Karlovy Vary

The main idea of this project was to bring young and active people back to Karlovy Vary by giving them an opportunity to obtain affordable housing and have their social and career needs met. The volume is developed by blending with the terrain to make the maximum out of the plot while at the same time interact with the nature around. It offers plenty of social and community facilities like library, cafe, lecture hall, commercial stores, underground parking, gym and combines it with two volumes of 1 and 2 bedroom appartments with views on the hills of Karlovy Vary. 2 created common teraces and inner garden gives the ability to cover the building with greenery and create place for the people to interract.
