Apartment building Náchod

The project is located in Náchod on Hurdálková street, between the cinema building and the police station. The goal is clear: to expand the block and create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, as well as the public. The design meets these requirements by creating an inner space, which is accessible from the street through underpasses from two opposite sides and thus becomes the living center of the entire structure of the house. The presence of services on the ground floor, such as a wine shop, a honey shop, or a flower shop, gives the inner block a lively character. At the same time, it provides residents with a moment of relaxation when passing from the busy street, through the semi-private, intimate inner block, to the entrance to the apartment building.
