University library Královka

The tram loop in Královka is located on a large plot of land with unused potential. Its location is near two university dormitories (Strahov and Kajetánka). The intention was to create a space for students who can not only study here, but also have recreation. A university library and a parking garage with a public roof are planned for the area. The library space is designed flexibly to meet the needs of students, whether it is open space study rooms, group study rooms, or individual study rooms. The parking garage starts from a slightly sloping terrain, which allows access to two floors of garages. Above it is a public residential roof, which is directly connected to the park, and at the same level it is also connected to the library, from which access to the tram stop is possible.
