Residential housing Bubeneč - Letná

I am building houses on a plot in Prague's Letná, creating a new street and spaces for residents and passersby. With respect, I approach the city avenue Milady Horákové, acknowledging its local and city-wide significance. I am not trying to compete with it. I perceive the new street along Sparta Stadium as a communication route, serving residents to access their homes, gardens, and garages. Simultaneously, it serves the public for passage between Stromovka Park and Letná Plateau. Towards Milady Horákové Street, the development has a serious façade, resembling living in a garden as you move away. I am creating more overgrown, intimate spaces rather than extensive squares. The garden areas are not enclosed but are not meant for everyone.
