The Sedmička apartment house offers modern living near the historic center of Kolín. On the north side of the property, I designed a 4-5 story apartment building with commercial units on the ground floor. On the ground floor there are also bicycle rooms, a laundry room and social rooms. The first to fifth floors offer 23 units 3+KK, 7 units 4+KK and 4 units 5+KK with terraces connected by an open staircase. The inner block is decorated with balconies with plants, providing shade. The fifth floor has accessible roofs with smaller common rooms. The house has a basement with access to underground parking and green space.
