Jihlava Buková

The thesis deals with the design of two residential blocks and a total of three houses on the western fringe of Jihlava in the Horní Kosov district. The basis for the work is a urban study by UNIT architects. The aim of the architectural study was to verify the regulation given by the urban study and to design buildings coordinated among themselves so as to create a quality and sustainable environment with a diverse social composition, as well as an adequate ratio between housing, services, work opportunities and recreational areas.
