BAUGRUPPE AND RENTAL HOUSING

This semester, we have been focusing on the design of a new location on the western outskirts of Jihlava. The area is adjacent to the detached houses and apartment buildings on one side, while on the other side, it is bordered by a row of memorial trees and a stream. UNIT architects have prepared an urban study, which served as the basis for our individual land proposals. The entire study, as well as the specific proposals, emphasize functionality, compactness, efficiency, and sustainable development.
