Community housing Čelákovice

Community housing offers 14 family houses, which, thanks to their interconnected gardens, offer close contact with their neighbors. If privacy is needed, the houses are designed in the shape of the letter U, which allows the residents to spend their free time outside undisturbed. In the center of the plot there is a community center connected to a small restaurant, a shop for locally grown food with a cafe and a community greenhouse. In the northern part of the territory there is an farm building for housing animals with an adjacent paddock.
