RECONSTRUCTION OF THE RADIMSKY MILL

On the ground floor, you can enter both the gallery and the cafe, which is located in the gallery itself. In a certain section, the gallery opens onto the second and third floor and it is also possible to look into it from the public part of the residential part. The apartments themselves are located from the second floor up. Each apartment, apart from the attic, has two floors and is over 120 m2. The second floor no longer extends above the living area to create an open space. The attic apartment extends over the floor plan of the entire central part of the mill. The shape and construction of the mill was preserved, only the plaster was torn off and the exposed masonry was left. The whole design is based on the principle that the proposed structure does not touch the existing structure.
