Verner 's Residence

The apartment building is located in Nové Město nad Metují (NMnM), in a clearing that faces Komenského Street with its facade. The apartment building has one underground floor and four above-ground floors, of which the highest floor is receding. The main cornice of the house respects the city's spatial plan, and although it towers over the directly neighboring houses, it creates future potential for the growth of these buildings (e.g. roof extensions).
