Košíře is a predominantly family-inhabited neighborhood, and that's why I decided to focus my concept on how a new construction could optimally serve the residents. I chose an adaptable form of housing because I believe it can fulfill the needs of families for most, if not all, of their lives. I wanted to create a building that is functional, affordable, with sufficient lighting, comfort, and flexibility over time. The main goal was to create a residential building that people can consider their Home.
