Truck parking house

This project is focused on motorway architecture, especially for truck parking. It is quite an issue on the Czech motorways. I have designed a multifunctional house with a length of 855 metres and a height of 61 metres that can be placed in any location above the motorway. The shape of the building is based on the size of the parking spots - trucks with a length of 18m to 12m park on the lower floors, vans and cars on the upper floors. The first five floors are dedicated to parking, and the other two floors contain facilities such as restaurants, shops, chill-out zones, bars etc. On the last floor, we find a green roof that allows variable use, whether a hotel, a running lane or a park. The operation structure is designed as one-shift traffic and trucks reverse into their spaces.
