I'm dealing with the corner lot across from the train station, the city built a new bus station there now, but they forgot to tear down the house on the corner, so it just barely fits and there's no room left for anything else, which I think these two corners, practically in the center, deserve. So I'm trying to tear down the corner house and do it another way. The other thing I'm trying to improve is that horribly cramped station street. It's gotten worse since the new parking structure went up. Yet it's a city street that connects downtown to the former barracks where a whole new part of town will be built. The two corner houses define the street and, together with the covered passage, help the urbanity of the place.
