Housing Libeň

Annotation

I've designed a building that defines the border between the city (Libeň), the park (Rokytka) and the countryside (Hájek colony) and at the same time enriches all these types of spaces. I've designed 2 lines of houses, in the middle of which something between an inner block, a yard, and a park that opens towards Rokytka is created. There are 2 buildings with rentable workshops and a restaurant situated in the heart of the park. Visually, the project follows the surrounding functionalist apartment buildings. I am filling the building with housing, including on the ground floor. I create flexible apartments, intended for no one and for everyone at the same time, which can be transformed from 4kk to 5kk and from 5kk to community housing with small construction modifications.
