Houses behind the townhall

There are children playing down in the yard. At least we have something to look at while having coffee. We are discussing how to decorate the house for Christmas with my downstairs neighbor. We plan on putting lights on the outside corridor railing along with some spruce branches. It will look nice with the turqoise varnish. I will try to talk my boss into decorating our office terrace similarly, so our block is coherent. In the meantime, the children have broken through the defense of the other children, who now have only the watchtower above the gate to the yard left under their control. It has happened to me numerous times that when I was coming home from the square, some child demanded I answer a riddle if I want to go through the gate. „I am running and never coming back, what am I?“
