swim&play Řevnice

My design to the town of Řevnice are two civic amenities - a kindergarten and a swimming pool. The swimming pool is connected to the square adjacent to the station underpass. The swimming pool building is divided into two parts, a dominant fuller mass with all facilities and a large pool hall. The pool also includes an outdoor area with two additional pools. The kindergarten is made up of two identical masses containing classrooms, a kitchen, a gymnasium and spaces for after-school clubs. These two masses are connected by a smaller one, which serves as a communication space, but at the same time it can also function as an auditorium, thanks to the residence staircase. For both buildings I chose shingles as material. Both houses also share a hipped roof.
