Three-conversion

Location near by city center with potential for development. In the past, the area Komenského náměstí did not reach its functional form. We behave with a certain respect for history and the present at the same time to the place where the historical city centre meets modernist housebuilding. We react to reality in a similar way - we are closing the site. In our proposal, we mainly focus on revitalization Komenské náměstí and also completing adjacent corner parcels. We shape this public space with various form of buildings and character of the place following its history.
