Thanks to their location in the valley, the duplex apartments have an exceptional view of the valley both in the direction of Velké Meziříčí and outside it. When passing through the access floor with a pedestrian zone, the public can also enjoy this otherwise inaccessible view. The structure works on the principle of an inverted residential building with garages on the upper floor and apartments on the lower floors.
