Hummingbird residence

The land is located in Holešovice, Prague, in the immediate vicinity of the Vltava River. The surrounding development consists mainly of administrative and residential housing. The main idea of the urban solution was the creation of two axes that define the space. The first axis connects the busy streets with the pleasant river embankment. The second axis creates a link between the existing embankment line and the church. Together they create a unique space that provides ideal living with good access to the center of Prague, but offers a pleasant space for spending free time and relaxation.
