RESIDENTIAL BUILDING NEAR THE VRŠOVICKÉ STATION x ROSTOVSKÁ IN PRAGUE 10

The apartment building is located opposite the eastern exit from Havlíčkovy sady, from which one can freely continue alongside the bank of Botič to Vršovice. It divides this block into two asymmetrical halfs. I close it with a corner building that connects to the street lines on both sides. This is the maximum surface use of the specified plot, whereby the house copies its borders. The construction uses monolithic concrete and two types of masonry. The facade maintains a fairly solid raster modulation, and it uses an oblique curving of bricks, which has a plastic effect.
