Apartment building Vršovice

The apartment building, also called "Vršovická tip", is located near the Vršovická railway station between Ukrainska and Vršovická streets. The house is adapted to the narrowing boundaries of the streets, thanks to which a triangular space is created. The concept and facade of the house is based on the inspiration of an ice cube, but the "placed" cube, supported by columns, forms the opposite, thanks to its fragmentation and color difference. It is a seven-storey building including a basement, where there is a parking lot, which has a common entrance with the neighboring building. On the ground floor are spaces for shops, etc., together with the main entrances. The house uses a loft system, thanks to which the roof of the southern building is accessible and walkable.
