BAUGRUPPE DREAMS

The project of an apartment building in the northwestern part of Jihlava, a city with 52,000 inhabitants in the Vysočina region, aims to achieve an innovative approach to housing. The concept of housing as a community is inspired by the idea of ​​a baugruppe, which not only provides a physical space to live in, but also supports the creation of a community and the sharing of spaces between household members, such as a common kitchen, bicycle shed, library or workshop. The apartment units themselves have different sizes and are maximally adapted to the diverse lifestyles of the residents of the house.
