Jihlava co-living

In the newly developed area, among other things, two squares will be created. In my project, I respond to one of them by opening up corners directed towards it, using large-scale windows without window sills. The target audience is students/young couples, which is why the building is designed as a co-living space enriched with several community areas. This concept not only offers aesthetically pleasing living but also emphasizes the financial affordability for young people who, under normal circumstances, might not afford housing in such an attractive location of this scale.
