Apartment building U Vršovického nádraží x Rostovská

The apartment buliding is located in Vršovice in Prague near Havlíčkovy sady. The site is on the corner of a block interrupted by Botič stream. In the inner courtyard is a kindergarten, so there needed to be preserved access.The building has 7 floors above ground and two sublevel floors for parking. Because the site is quite small, they are accessed by a car elevator. The ground floor is divided into three parts, two commercial parts and entrance for residents. Every residential floor contents four apartments. Every apartment has its loggia. The construction is made out of monolithic reinforced concrete. In parterre the facade is tiled with green tiles. They also complement windows on the upper floors, where dominates cream plaster.
