APARTMENT HOUSE ON LETNÁ

The apartment building is designed as one of the five parts of the whole, which make up the newly emerging block development on Letná. The block is created instead of the existing archive, which serves the purposes of the National Technical Museum. The proposed object is oriented to the east and west, where it is set between two corner objects. The street facade is decorated with two bay windows with balconies and two receding floors. The material of the facade is designed using concrete slabs with a pattern of wooden formwork, gently colored in yellow shades, referring to the surrounding buildings. The entrance to the newly created archive and office is located on the ground floor. Otherwise, the primary function is for residential purposes. Inside there are 52 apartments of different ca
