LIBEŇ TERRACES

We propose a residential building in Dolní Libeň, in Na Hrázi Street. The building is situated on the land where the Billa store building is currently located. This element has been retained in the proposal, and the defined space for the shop remains in the ground floor. The dwelling extends from the second to fourth floor and is designed with an emphasis on quality of living in an urban environment. A key element of the design is the courtyard on the second floor. The architectural design of the façade blends in with the surrounding buildings thanks to its light colour tones, which contributes to its natural integration into the urban environment. The appearance of the building is inspired by romantic motifs, which give the building a delicate and distinctive character.
