Residential block Cernokostelecká x Malinska

The residential building in Prague 10, located near Černokostelecká and Malínská streets, is designed to harmonize with both the panel housing in the front part of the block and the family houses in the rear.. In the rear, two rental houses connect to existing family homes. Between the houses, there is a semi-private space with greenery that links the two structures into a unified whole. The facades are structurally designed with slanted lintels and window sills to distinguish themselves from the adjacent monotonous house, which the new residential building overlaps on both sides.
