Police station and co-working center

The new design imitates the historical two house division. One part is dedicated to the city’s police force, which is in desperate need of a new building. This new police station was designed in accordance with the requirements of the local police force - new common room large enough for the entire crew, a small gym for the daily patrol, safe, lockers and space for the temporary placement of captured dogs awaiting transport. On the upper floors there are rentable co-working spaces and a conference hall. These are accessible through a separate staircase or a lift. If necessary, the elevator can also be used for the needs of the police station. The corner of the house is covered with large-format windows which provide a view of the castle park. These form a prominent facade feature.
