U by the train

Someone can´t afford to live in Prague anymore. The railway is already one of the fastest forms of transport to the city and if the the barrier of commuting to the train is removed, there's nothing to worry about. The house I am designing in Kralupy offers both facilities for the residents on the ground floor and a shared office for the possibility of working from home. There is also a clubhouse, café or a paediatrician's office. The range of apartments is for singles, young couples or families, or for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city, not to go broke when buying their own home, but at the same time wants to have the city at hand within a 30-minute leisurely ride. And for a little bit of luxury, there is a rooftop sauna.
