Housing connects 2

The area is located in Jihlava and is part of the Horní Kosov district. The goal was to create a sustainable residential location with a diverse typology of housing in line with the landscape interface. The heart of the block is the inner block, which connects the individual buildings together thanks to shared spaces such as community gardens, workshops, kitchens, a gazebo, a children's playground or a recreation area around the lake. The proposal consists of urban rental housing that offers a wide range of target groups. This study deals with the design of a high level building, standard +, town house and social housing.
