STARTER HOUSING WITH COMMERCIAL SPACE

The proposal for starter housing is located in the street Pražská brána in Mladá Boleslav. From the back of the plot we are on the Staroměstské náměstí, the plot is quite sloping and it took some time to get to it. Thanks to this, I worked with the idea of reducing the time of the walk and making an alley on the plot. The apartment building with commercial space near the Prague Gate has two 3+KK apartment units, on the northwest side there are four above-ground floors intended for 3+KK townhouse type housing. There is also commercial space at ground level. We also worked with the house from the Staroměstské náměstí. It is adapted both for commercial service and for housing, and at the same time an underpass was created to connect the Staroměstské náměstí and Pražská brána.
