My house is located at the intersection of Kolmá and Na Vyhlídce streets. The house represents a five-story building, where the first floor is reserved for commercial spaces. The logical division of the house into levels creates a unique architectural dynamic that gives the building character and structure. The exterior cladding combines gray cladding and white plaster, giving the building a modern and stylish appearance. Black wooden floor-to-ceiling windows add elegance and provide stunning views of the surrounding city and park. The interior layout of the house is divided into two parts: smaller one-room apartments and spacious apartments designed for larger families.
