The apartment building in Prague 7 is located in the opening of a newly designed city block. The architectural expression of the house refers to many principles appearing across the typical buildings on Letná. Principles such as symmetry, horizontality and vertical gradation can be found everywhere in the surroundings. The light receding ground floot enhances the contrasting heavy mass of the apartment floors. The plasters are concrete, either from concrete poured into channeled formwork or into smooth formwork. The layout of the apartment building is mainly focused on the richness of the connection between interior and exterior without losing intimacy in the very centre of the city.
