CLOSER TO BEER AND ART

Residential building called Closer to beer a art fits neatly into the idyllic setting of Hořice,v in the immediate vicinity of Hořice brewery and sculpture park St. Gothart. The concept consists of in two residential buildings that creating a pleasant and semi-public space between them, with in order to enliven daily life in this part of the city. The pair of houses is located on a slightly sloping terrain, resulting in a the possibility of creating a terrace on the south side of the house. This terrace, accessible z side of the house, serves not only as a resting place, but also as a connection to the the open garden between the two buildings, which are isolated from urban traffic.
