Beauty of teraces

The project is an experiment in the field of student housing. It refers to the 4 Elements of Architecture by Gottfried Semper. This terraced house in the Košíře district forms the edge of the public space of the street and at the same time, it fully opens to the south with a double facade with terraces for spending time. On the ground floor and mezzanine, there is a swimming pool with saunas, commerce, fitness. There is a canteen above the swimming pool. There is an open study room on the floor above canteen. The living function is placed on top of mentioned functions in a terraced manner. Student rooms are surrounded by common and social spaces for daily social interaction to form a community.
