Letná, as a prestigious Prague neighborhood, provides an ideal environment for comfortable living. It is located in the center of the city's activities and also offers a peaceful atmosphere close to nature. The structure of the apartment buildings is in the shape of a Y, where one arm is an elevator, the second contains stairs, and the third window. Modules of individual apartments, shaped like irregular hexagons, are embedded into this Y-shaped structure. The advantage of their non-rectangular shape is in the sunlight exposure from three different sides. The size of the hexagonal space increases according to the apartment's size. Inside, the space is divided into two parts: open living area and private spaces accessed through a shared dressing room. Lower houses have rooftop terraces.
