The design of the apartment building fills the gap at the intersection of Komenského and Klosova streets, where there is currently a passage to the rear lot and garage. The building's windows are oriented to the east and west. Apartment building offers three maisonette units. On the ground floor there are two small spaces for studios, a common area and the entrance to the basement, where there are three separate cellars and common areas. Each apartment has a different layout and they all intertwine in floor plan. The highest maisonette apartment in addition, it offers two terraces oriented to the east and west.
