KARLOVYVARY° RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN KARLOVY VARY

The project of an apartment building in Karlovy Vary on a sloping plot of land complements the material solution of existing apartment buildings. The apartment building is designed as a composition of two rectangular masses, which are located at different ground levels and which include four apartment blocks of different heights - two, four and five floors. The first floor and half of the second floor are reserved for commercial space.The building has 11 apartments. The house also has spacious outdoor terraces with a small kitchen and toilet to ensure comfortable entertaining.The construction of the building is based on a reinforced concrete structure. The exterior decoration is white plaster that gives the building a minimalistic and modern look.
