Tramway loop Radlice

I decided on the proposal to modify the tram loop in Radlice for two reasons. On the one hand, the desperate current state, when the territory is clearly defined by road traffic, be it a metro station, the already mentioned tram transport, but also car and bus traffic. In addition to transport, the head office of the ČSOB bank, designed for almost 3,000 employees, is also located here. At the same time, paradoxically, even 30 years ago, there was only a green plain and a park, which is still located on the slope today. My concept aims to clean and redefine spaces that will match the surroundings both in terms of function and scale. At the same time, I reflected in the concept the already started construction of Waltrovka and the future growth of this area.
