Benesov is located 41 minutes by train south of the capital. The land is sandwiched between a busy road and the railway, currently used for bus parking and also three freight wagons have been standing there for several decades: brown, green and red. These wagons have become an inspiration in terms of material and colour. Between the three volumes, bays of greenery are being created to help the street profile feel cramped and can create an active parterre on a future urban street. I am proposing smaller sized flats here, more suitable for students or young commuters, and a sports hall that would accommodate a climbing wall, bouldering, parkour and offer commuters an accessible active facility.
