Volmanka

Volmanka is a sparingly designed apartment building on the edge of the town of Čelákovice, whose volumes reflect the surrounding buildings and represent a touch of the town's industrial history. With its greenery and the building's construction materials, it freely transitions from the town's built-up area into the forest cover. Thanks to clever solutions such as the use of the sun, smart air management or the addition of a growing greenhouse, the building can easily be classified as a modern ReGen self-sufficient building of the 21st century.
