INOWAVE COMPLEX

The proposed object is an administrative building in Vršovice. The essence of the design lies in dividing the structure into three mass units. The two lateral sectors are connected by a lower central part to avoid a monotonous appearance and to better integrate the building into the context of the surrounding development given its proportions. The central section is divided on the first floor by a passage, creating two reception halls within the building. The ground floor is actively used for shops, showrooms, and restaurants. The remaining floors are designed for offices, which can be subdivided into multiple individual units to accommodate various tenants. The facade of the lateral masses is composed of asymmetrical facade panels alternating with windows. The central part is glazed.
