Apartment house Ostrava

I created such a house on a house. It is as if a simple box with a light perimeter shell landed on another house. These two clearly differentiated parts of the house are separated from each other by a green oasis on the 16th floor at 53 meters above the ground. The large terrace, which thanks to the adapted load-bearing structure can be walked around, is shared by all the residents of the house. Users also have two indoor and two outdoor kitchens. There is a sufficient layer of soil on the terrace so that the flora is not limited to flowers, but shrubs and smaller trees can also grow here. This also allows the height of the space to be over two floors. The entire building offers a wide variety of apartments, from studios to luxurious 4+kk and 4+1 apartments in the upper part of the house.
