Apartment building with a view of the castle

The three-storey apartment building encloses the area on Náměstí Republiky in Nové Město nad Metují. Thanks to the vista, it does not disturb the view of the castle. There are 10 residential units in the building, ranging in size from 2+kk to 4+kk. On the ground floor there are 2 flats, an information center and a gallery with access to the roof, where visitors can enjoy the view of the castle, greenery and outdoor exhibition. The remaining apartments are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The design also includes the redevelopment of the area in front of the municipality - the road is transformed into a pedestrian zone, which is also used as a place for buses to turn around.
