The residential building in Chelakovice seamlessly blends ecology and nature. This three-story structure with an integrated greenhouse offers four apartments on each floor with distinctive designs. The use of eco-friendly materials like hemp concrete ensures resistance to moisture and heat. Interior spaces combine wood and concrete, creating a pleasant connection with nature. Solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system make the building energy-efficient.
Residents in the greenhouse can cultivate plants, emphasizing harmony between indoor living and nature. The entire structure symbolizes a connection with nature and a conscious lifestyle.
