ŽIŽKOV TRAM DEPOT

At the moment, there is a dispatch building, a cultural center for employees and a substation on the premises of the depot. In my proposal, I replace these buildings with apartment buildings and move their operations to the new ground floor. I am also getting rid of the extension on the south side of the halls where the offices and workshops are located. I am moving the workshops to the ground floor of the adjacent apartment building so that they are still accessible directly from the tram rail. The current capacity of the train station is already inadequate, and the trams thus stand uncovered in the area in front of the halls, therefore I am adding three new glass naves that provide roofs to the train station. There are greenhouses on the upper floor.
