The residential building is located in a (former) park connecting the train and tram stations, bordered by Vršovická Street, and with a view of Havlíčkovy sady. The building is intended to satisfy not only its residents but also other citizens of Prague. The ground floor is open to the public for passage and recreation. For private use by residents, there is a rooftop garden with hydroponic multi-level greenhouses and a view of Grébova Villa.
The skeletal system has a main span of 4.2m x 4.2m, allowing flexibility in apartment layouts. At the same time, it guarantees multifunctionality and the possibility of reusing the structure in the future if the purpose of the building changes.
